Experience Sharing
There are many interesting tasks that I have done in PR position which can be mainly divided into 4 parts. First, Document preparation for example newsletter and summary report, messenger’s form, stationary’s requisition. Second, cooperation. I have to work as a team with event team for setting event activities and MIS team for some PR document. Third, media relations, I have responsible for news release to printing media, webmaster. Also, media invitation and media confirmation on Roza sport hero press conference, press visit and update media contact list. Last one is observation; I had monitoring news published to keep the record then doing clipping and PR summary report. Also, I have an opportunity to work outside office and I have selected the outstanding one to show you. Staring with Press visit for Asian Game 2014 project. Follow by press conference Roza sport hero, @twin tower hotel on 8 october. This press conference Roza sponsor for Athletic Association of Thailand Patron: His Majesty the King setting up to find new generation of runner for Olympic 2020 at Japan and another press conference is Thai house project. Next is Thank you party event, Roza set this event up to thank you Athletic Association of Thailand Patron: His Majesty the King. Next is add on activities that I had help MIS to do research about fertilizer by doing deep interview with real agriculturist and seller. Last one, I have a chance to do VDO clip persuade to join Roza Prompt Adventure Trip @doi intanon, Chiengmai.
Project
My project is about Public Relations and Media Relations implementation. The reason why important for me to choose this topic is because I think that this report can be reference for new PR officer or next co-op student who not have knowledge about PR can understand PR theory easier and not save time to do effective PR performance. And as the result, I have been gather information from many sources whether inform of secondary data as company available information from sharing center and primary data from client that I have responsible for then compare with other competitors I recommend that Roza Prompt should diversity their activities for capped in section that didn’t published our news on newspaper by expand PR content to another section or set entertainment activities using celebrity to be magnet to reach public more.
Suggestion
For next batch students that will go to work at Amex Team Company, I suggest that you should be flexible person type with time schedule because sometime you have to come earlier and go home later. Also, for girls, you should always dress well and have some makeup to look good all the time to prepare for unscheduled outgoing event because this is Agency Company. The last suggestion is you should have car to make your transportation easier to go to work.
