Experience Sharing
I have the great opportunity to work with Business Matchmaking and Delegation Department that give me a lot of valuable knowledge about the way to match with customer need and want. Furthermore, I also was learning the step of organizing exhibition show, that give me a chance to cooperate with the specialist in many type of business.
Project
My project is “ENLARGEMENT THE NUMBER OF EXHIBITION VISITORS FROM KOREA, VIETNAM AND THAILAND”. There are two main objectives. First objective is to increase the quality and quantity of visitors. Another objective is to create the information center for the manager and related parties to check the status of work. Therefore, it is easy for them to forecast and plan in advance In addition, the company will be able to use the project in order to get more benefits like finding the problem and planning for future. The result of this project:
1. The number of visitor show up business VIP in metalex 2014 is 494 persons, it’s above the target that we setup in the beginning around 100 persons.
2. The number of visitor show up business delegation in metalex 2014 is 155 persons, even Korea in the new territory that hard to entry but finally we can achieve the target that we setup in the beginning.
