My project is “HEALTHY AND HAPPY WORKPLACE: A CAMPAIGN TO RAISE INTEREST FOR BETTER WORK LIFE , A CASE STUDY OF HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, OSOTSPA “
The topic of this project is “Happy and Health Osotspa” to encourage employees to be happy and to be good healthy, And increase health promotion approach at the workplace.
Therefore, the company was assigned me to making the research survey. And the way how to increase health promotion in workplace. First, making research because this is the basic to start and easy to approach to employee by private interview. Moreover, I have design planning healthy project in order to encourage employee health in organization.
The objective of research is identified the satisfaction of Osotspa employee. Moreover, the company desire to increase employee to be a good healthy and happy in organization. Furthermore, to seek maximum information about the employees such as work styles, health behavior and attitude. There are many benefits from this project. Firstly, the cost of health care down and disease control the rate of current rise. Secondly, the rate of accident from work is reduced. Moreover, the rate of absences of leave sick decreased. Finally, happy body index of employees has increased.

Experience Sharing
During cooperative education, I have encountered several problems. I assigned to make face-to-face interview research survey by focused group 30% out of 3,000 employees in Osotspa company. I have to walk all company areas. I have a good opportunity to see many functions of work. Also There are some problems that I faced, that is in the some areas I could not walk in. so I solve the problem by asking another person for permission in that areas and I explain the reason about what I do and why.
Suggestion
I would recommend Osotspa company to who need to see the work flow of the big company. You will see many different types of people and different kind of work functions. Osotspa company suitable for people who love to be interactive with others people in different level and also you have more service-minded , out-going and good communication skill.
