Project Quality Control Department is very important part of the company because they are screening wasted products for press and customers. They are one part of customer’s satisfaction and company’s achievement. These ideas made me thought that we are not only focusing on abilities and performances of worker, but also we have to find which solutions can solve that kind of problems or which way that can help them work easier. It should grow up parallel between working evaluation and improving the highest efficiency of their work. We should not judge them only on their working result.

 

“But which data and method should be done?”, the question came up in my mine. So, I brought these problems and found which way is the best solution that could solve most problems. Beginning with improving database system which can decrease mistake while filling data, lower difficulty, using less time,  uncomplicated, and highest beneficial.

 

Also, this database can be adjusted for evaluating performance of machines and workers. For the results from this project, it is mainly focus on developing the data recording system and workers’ performance evaluation system. This is needed to be done because both of them allow recorder records the data correctly and be able to update and monitor the data all the time.

 

Having the correct data would affect the accuracy of the workers and machines’ performance evaluation. Furthermore, the evaluation result can be used to create the strategy, solve problems faster than the old system.
