This project is important to carry out because it will make me to reach target customers who are related within metal industries and have decision power to buy product in exhibition show that organized by Reed TradexCo.,Ltd. Moreover, increasing target visitors will make metal industries growth in economic and go further with modern technology to prepare for upcoming of ASEAN. Finally, the exhibition show is main factor that make business move forward.
When we reach the goal and increase target customers to 550 people as visitors of exhibition show. Those who are VIP visitors will know us as qualified organizer. This will also increase credibility of company image which make exhibitors trust us to organized exhibition show for them and use our service again. Then, not only a lot of visitors will be satisfied by exhibitors because they are expected in qualified visitors who have decision power of buying and meet their target customer who are in metal industries section. Furthermore, we make visitors to feel like they are special by offering privilege.
When customer’s registration, we will have more database and can use it as secondary data in next time of exhibition show which can saving time and cost.
As a result attracting the right target customers and making them to buy will increase profit for company because the exhibitors will know that when they rent our area for trade show, they can sell more.

Experience sharing
I have learnt many things from Cooperative Education. Firstly I have learnt from my mentors and friends how to work together with other people as teamwork and know that each person is difference but we can work together by adjusting ourselves and understanding others. Whatever the problems are, we can pass through it by sharing an idea and brainstorming. Additional, I have learnt how to approach manager level, how to motivate, how to convince customers, and how to use persuasive skill to invite all delegations. Finally, we can reach the goal because we have a good planning and good teamwork.

I would like to share 5 experiences of working at Reed Tradex to all of you

Here are my first time that I going outside the officefor one-on-one factory visit. I was very excited to meet my customer that I call for making appointment.

I learn how my mentors use presentation technique skill to convince customers to join METALEX as VIP visitors.

Secondly was Road Show. I went to Amata Nakorn industrial estate with ms.navarat and meetip for inviting, promoting, and giving the information to target visitors who are come for HR manager meeting in business center of industrial estate.

I have learn how to approach manager level and how to motivate them to join METALEX show.

Thirdly, in COSMEX show, I have to takecare Local delegation in VIP Lounge. I manage everything in the lounge such as providing information for business matching and facilities.

Moreover, in METALEX show I have opportunity to work with Mr.Wishjanond. We have to take care overseas delegation from many countries. I think it was very fun to talk with many foreigners and service them.
Here are my delegation both in Local and Overseas come to visit METALEX Show. I was very surprised that they come more than that I expected.
The last one for experience sharing. I went to Rojana industrial estate for Honda Factory visit. This is my first time to see how they make the car from a piece of metal to completed car. I was very excited and enjoy.
Suggestion
I suggest people who would like to join this organization should be people who like to interact with many people, patience, adjustable, multi-functional, management, and like challenge. Organization cultures are nice, warm, and team orientation.
