Increase the number of oversea and local visitors is the main objective of this project. As Reed Tradex Company is well known as one of the biggest of trade exhibition organizers, it is therefore very important for them to have as many as consumers or visitors to each of their trade exhibitions. If they cannot draw people to its trade exhibition, their customers (the exhibitors)will no longer participated the trade show in the future which means that the company is losing its main revenue. As such, it is very important to have the most effective marketing projects to attract consumers into the trade show. Business matchmaking and delegation is one of the departments that can draw many people to its trade exhibition by having factory visited in order to present the trade exhibition. Directly this will help to create good relationship with customers leading to the increase of company’s revenue and profits.

Experience Sharing
During 4 months, i got an opportunity to visit the customers at real place, called Factory visit or One on One visit in order to present METALEX2014 , asking for their interesting and requirements and also motivated them to download METALEX Mobile App. Another a special experience, i have to coordinate with 3 countries included Singapore, Taiwan and Bangladesh. Moreover , my responsibility is to take care an honorable guests about their convenience such as car park. My masterpieces is being a head of Myanmar Project by coordinating with Myanmar Association and organizing the function of “Myanmar Day”
Suggestion
Reed Tradex have an appreciated environmental of work. Everyone enjoy, talk and walk around but they will keep silence and more concerned of their work before the show. As this is a nature of organized work. Everyone can join in this company especially, if you are an enthusiastic and want to learn from doing. Make sure that you can work under pressure and being a muti-tasks person. I strongly agree that you will get an unforgettable experience.
