Experience Sharing

 

I have many good experiences to be a part of Business Matchmaking and Delegation Department at Reed Tradex Company because, to start with, it is very difficult to get appointment to have a chance to visit the managers of each company. In many cases, I was stopped right at the operator who refused to pass on my telephone line to the target management staff. So in this case, I would try again by calling the other day and request to talk to the other high management staff. So I do have a very good feeling and I am so proud of myself when the management staff and team comes to the trade exhibition.

At once, I had an opportunity to go on-site at Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi for promoting Metalex2014. I met many HR managers from many companies who were interested to join the trade exhibition. This opportunity can also improve my communication skill. I also went to one on one factory visit which I learnt many things from mentor. I learnt the way how mentor talk with high management personal for presenting the high light of the trade exhibition.

 

Moreover, I got a chance to welcome the delegate from Bangladesh. We had a meal together and exchange some cultures which help me gain more confidence in speaking English.
