The company originated as an importer furniture fittings under Modernform Home Decorative Products Company Limited in 1978. Afterwards, Modernform started manufacturing and marketing office furniture, and expanded its business scope to cover residential furniture and kitchen units. Modernform was restructured all business units and consolidated as one flagship company called Modernform Group Company Limited and has become a listed company under the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 1992.
