Experience Sharing
From my experience during Cooperative Education is a one thing which making many inspirations to me. In the first time that I join to the company I just think that Cooperative education is a one subject that must learn in ACCSC, I did not think that from that opportunity will make me see a lot of real life in the real world. I learn many skills form this subject during period 4 months that I doing a real work in Tomco companies. I have skill in part of IT skill to building website by myself. The last think did not thing that it is a one subject that you must pass on the other hand you should think that that is a one part of your life.

Project
During 4 months in Tomco company, I offer my project to this subject that is “Training of Tomco’s staff under topic : How to maintain Tomco’s website through Joomla”. Because of The Tomco’s problem make the company offer digital marketing to study Joomla which is the tool that use to creating website of the company at the beginning. The study has focus in detail about how to update and maintain company website. That is a reason that aims me to do this project to creating training program for one month to company’s staff for training and practice with the topic “Training of Tomco’s staff under topic: How to maintain Tomco’s website through Joomla”.
Suggestion
Tomco Automatic Machinery Co., Ltd. has four parts in the company including is Sale representative, Finance and Account department, Stock department and Marketing and customer service department. For, my suggestion, I recommend that the work in the company is about machine that will not relate to our knowledge in part of sale department, but you can assign to other part in the company instant such as account, finance, stock, and marketing. For the marketing department, you should knowledge expert about Microsoft Excel. It will take advantage to you.
