Project
The issue that I found is I should reduce the leftover of pie in each day by set the unit of pie in each day should bake. Because in everyday it will cause the leftover product and mostly it come from pastries (pie). The standard of leftover product in each day should not more than 300 baht per day but actually it cause 600-800 baht per day. So I desired to do a research to know the customer behavior about purchasing pie. And launch the questionnaire about 100 sets to the customer who come inside the shop. Also used the database of pie in the branch to calculate the number of pie should be baked in each day. Moreover, I create more promotion to attract the customer such as buy 2 get 1 free to let the customer try and know that the company has this flavor of pie. And I think that pie should be promoted in the food menu and social network such as facebook and Line application to let the customer see and want to try that one. It is important to carry out this issue because if it is work, it can reduce the leftover products and cost of baking pie. Also the company will gain more profit, the employee will work more effectiveness and it also increasing the brand image and value of the company.

Experience Sharing
During cooperative education I have learned so many things at S&P Syndicate Public Company Limited. Start from the working part as I train to be an assistant manager branch, I must learn every sections in the branch; Thai kitchen & beverage, bakery, service and management section. But the important thing in real working is how to adapt myself with other. As my job need to work in team so I must adapt myself to other to make them feel comfortable to work with me and don’t make them think about the different level of position because every position are important without someone the work cannot completely effective.
Suggestion
As you know that S&P Syndicate Public Company Limited is a restaurant and bakery business which providing a service to get a customer satisfaction so the important things to work in this company is service mind. And the other thing that you must have is patience because mostly you have to stand and walk all the day. And in the real working you will learn and know more about how to survive to work because the colleague have many style so you can’t change them but you must adapt yourself to them.
