Experience Sharing
That’s my fortunate to design to work at Srithai Superware Public Company Limited. Not only because of a lot of knowledge I have got, but also the most valuable experience that I could not find from another where. Srithai Superware treats me as one of their part. All of my colleague and manager in each department were very nice – I found that this organization culture was so familiarly. Everyone was ready to teach, advice, and help me in everything even I did not ask for.
Moreover I had the chance to work in Dubai for 5 days with K. Sanan Ungubolkul, president of Srithai Superware, who always taught me in doing business by himself.
Project
My project is to develop Investment in Vietnam
Manual Book.
The importance of the project is due to AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) is coming in 2015; there are pros and cons for Thai investors to export or invest in AEC country. Each country in ASEAN has different strengths and weakness that investors have to study deeply before making any decision.
Vietnam is one of the most interesting countries not only because the economy grows continuously but also Vietnam has the third most population in ASEAN and thirteenth in the world. So that many Thai investors have seen the opportunities but they lack of knowledge about Vietnam.
Therefore, Institute for Management Education for Thailand Foundation (IMET), the non-profit organization which aims to acknowledge and support Thai business to invest in foreign country, has been trying to help these investors in many channels.
Besides, this project is expected to provide deep benefit to both government and public department to invest in other country.
As Srithai Superware Public Company Limited has joined the Institute for Management Education for Thailand Foundation (IMET) and Mr .Sanan Angubolkul, President of Srithai Superware, is the Vice President of this foundation. Also, because Srithai has a lot of experience in investment in Vietnam and Srithai Superware would like to help Thai investors who would like to invest in Vietnam for the volunteer reason. Therefore, Srithai Superware wants to conduct an Investment in Vietnam Manual Book for these investors.

Suggestion
Co-operative in Srithai Superware Public Limited Company is suitable for students who would like to learn overall of each department in the company but not really in deep or students who do not really know which field of work they like. Student must be able to adjust their selves all the time because their work will be rotated every 2-4 weeks.
The culture of the company is very familiarly. Everyone treat each other like brothers and sisters, so the company has low internal competition.
