Experience Sharing
I had great opportunity for find my experiences about how tomakeLatte art that I never do it before I feel excited when I was looking my leader do this and then my project is about the increasing of the sale of coffee by Latte art. So I had opportunity to try to make Latte art. It was very difficult for me to do it in the first time and I was tried to do it many times and I can find the technique for do this. So it makes me very happy and it was be a best experience sharing for me in Cooperative Education.

Project
My project is about the increasing of the sale of coffee is the best topic for me that I want to improve for this problem. So I choose do Latte art is the best one that I think it can be attractive the customer to buy more for coffee. Exactly, Latte art is the step that for the employee needs to do on the top of the coffee such as hot latte, hot cappuccino or the coffee that having a lot of milk. Then, I think the policy that showing the Latte art on the table of the customer or face to face with them is the best thing that can making the customer feel impression and good feeling from our design or art on the top of coffee and making the customer to be the loyalty customer. Because the customer relationship can be used to manage business contacts, clients, contract wins and sales lead. Moreover, customer relationship are understanding the customer retain customers through better customer experience, attract new customers , win new clients and contracts , increase profitably , decrease customer management costs. Then to be reduce the problem I choose latte art showing which can drive to the main attractive to be the point to increasing sales of coffee.
Suggestion
I suggest student join with S&P because there are many section that we can find useful from them in order to know more about management that we are studying. Moreover, we will know about how to cook, bake that it doesn’t has in the book.
