Project

 

My project name is “Reducing Imbalance Reefer Container In Thailand”This problem was occurring because the amount of export is exceeded the import amount by 6:1. This leads to many problems such as create repositioning cost, opportunity cost, shortage situation and also minimize profit. In order to solve this problem, I had 4 steps, which are set project target, choose option, find information from each method then get result. After get those result I can suggest NYK to implement plan according to my recommendation.
