Experience Sharing

During Cooperative Education program, I encountered various challenges. Since I work at The Sukosol Bangkok, reservation department. I key booking both individual and group of guest everyday. I have to prepare arrival expected list of group that have many details to check for making sure before pass to Front Office to use when guest arrive. I receive the useful and new information to adapt in real life. First week of cooperative education, I bored with task that my mentor assign me to do such as finding booking by alphabet, rearrange file and make copies. For week two of cooperative education in department staff is not enough so mentor let me key booking on system .It is very hard and a lot of details to know. Because each booking have their own specific for example Rate code, Rate of room and name of company and agent. I have to be carefully and recheck booking before the process of making new booking finish and then got a confirmation number. In addition, I obtained various experiences. I discovered the strength of myself, which is work with many staffs and guest. I am able to handle and control my emotion. So, it will be my greatest strength during my cooperative education. However, I also gained various precious experiences.
