Experience Sharing
Working at Modernform, I have responsible to check the detail of documents including Letter of Credit, Order Acknowledgement, Invoice, Packing List, Form E, and Form AK which is a great experience for me because they trust in my capacity because these documents require carefullyness in checking whether they are correct in details according to the Customs’ regulations. If the document is wrong the company may get a problem.
Suggestion
Atmosphere in home decorative products devision is quite silent but warm like a family because our department need to concentrate in work but it will be more comfortable in a break time. We share food together on lunch time. The department is appropriate for student who want a routine work, most of working time is stay in the office but you can get many experiences from this department because this department is relate to the process of import good from oversea since start untill the end of process.
"Working at Modernform can help me come to understand the real work experience and also the work environment. Nevertheless, it also brought me several key elements and skills that I can use for future"

Project
My project during cooperative education is “The Study of Import Process Flow Improvement for Creating Working Efficiency for Home Decorative Products Division” which divides to 2 parts including conducting the manual for new employees and developing collecting information system. The main objectives are reducing the mistakes and time from working by creating the manual, guidance book, and improving and developing working processes. Moreover, when cooperate education period end the department still use my project which make me feel very proud that project is importance and it can help them in the real work.
