Project
My project is about “Creating Adding Value Business by utilize advantage of CPI supply chain in agricultural grains through the advanced of innovation and technology for productively solution” Which means it is to add more value and increase potential profits to the company from “Rice Starch” by supporting customers from international and local customers such as All CP Groups: CPF-SAUCE, CPF-POULTRY, CPF-AQAU, and CP-ALL to find new productive solution in order to make the greatest choice for them to produce product from their own material. The reason that I choose Rice Starch to be my topic because I found that Rice Starch is one of the worlds that most widely used within the food industries to contribute to body and viscosity of food products. In the world of starch, most of people are little known of the benefit and characteristics of rice starch, comprising of a small percentage of the world total starch usage. It is the unique characteristics that make rice starch the natural choice within the food industry. The applications are rice noodle, baby food, dessert and dairy, bakery, meat, food coating, rice snack, soup and sauces. For characteristic, rice starches also having the lowest levels of sodium and potassium are the natural choice for use in special dietary foods. Moreover, the benefits are low fat, high carbohydrate and nutrition, gluten free, and easy to digest when ate.
Experience Sharing
I had the opportunity to work with many people in organization and also work with special customers from both of domestic and foreign. Moreover, I had the opportunity to pick up customers at airport alone without my mentor, it made me very impressed because of never and ever do it before. I also arranged and coordinated with in the workshop about Rice Starch Business with all CP’s Group and supplier from General Food Product which led me got a lot of explicit knowledge and learn how to produce their product step by step from this workshop too much.
Suggestion
I would like to suggest for future cooperative education students that this company is very good environment and most of people in this organization are friendly. Anyhow, I think that if some characteristic of students can match with people in organization especially mentor, I can guarantee that they can work in this company happily for sure.
